  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 0.5 medium Lemon
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 4 pieces Ice Cubes

Directions

Step 1

Wash all the fruits and vegetables thoroughly under cold running water.

Step 2

Peel the oranges, remove any seeds, and separate them into segments.

Step 3

Peel the carrot and cut it into smaller chunks for easier blending or juicing.

Core the apple, removing the seeds, and cut it into smaller pieces.

Juice the lemon by squeezing the juice from half a lemon. Remove any seeds that fall into the juice.
