Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 piece garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 150 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 roll puff pastry sheet, thawed
  • 1 piece egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the onion is softened.
