  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Oil for grilling

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine minced meat with chickpea flour, chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, green chilies, and coriander leaves.

Step 2

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to the bowl.

Step 3

Pour in lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of oil, then mix well using your hands until the mixture is well combined.

Step 4

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 6

Preheat a grill or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil for grilling.

Step 7

Place the kebabs on the grill or pan, and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the kebabs are browned and cooked through.

Step 8

Serve hot with a side of mint chutney or yogurt sauce for dipping.
