Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Gluten-free flour tortillas
  • 300 grams Boneless pork loin

  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 1 piece Lime

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the boneless pork loin into strips.

Finely chop the onion and red bell pepper. Mince the garlic cloves.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
