Ingredients

  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Powdered sugar
  • 100 grams Unsalted butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 150 grams Shelled pistachios
  • 150 ml Heavy cream
  • 100 grams Mascarpone cheese
  • 80 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix the almond flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
