Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Gluten-free tortillas
  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Gluten-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, combine paprika, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to form a paste.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and rub the paprika paste evenly over them.
