Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 4 Gluten-free wraps
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Dice the paneer into small cubes, about 1 cm each.

Step 2

Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips. Also, slice the onion and tomato into thin strips.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, cumin powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder to make the marinade.

Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and mix well to coat all the pieces evenly. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
