Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gluten-free sandwich bread
  • 8 slices Fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 8 leaves Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the tomato under cold running water then slice it into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Lay out the slices of gluten-free sandwich bread on a cutting board. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
