Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten-free cornmeal

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 8 Gluten-free hot dogs
  • 16 Wooden skewers or toothpicks
  • 4 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Cut each gluten-free hot dog in half and insert a wooden skewer or toothpick into each half. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free cornmeal, gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, ground mustard, and paprika.
