Ingredients

  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
