Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 30 g, finely chopped Fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tsp Ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp, optional Red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and optional red chili flakes. Mix well using your hands until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Shape the mixture into small oblong patties or cylindrical shapes, approximately 2 inches in length and 1 inch in width. You should be able to make about 12-15 koftas with this mixture.
