Ingredients

  • 1 package Gluten-free pizza crust mix
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 12 pieces Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.75 cup Gluten-free marinara sauce

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free pizza crust mix with warm water and olive oil. Follow the instructions on the package to create a dough. Let it rest for the recommended time.

Step 3

While the dough is resting, in a small bowl, mix the shrimp, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Set aside to marinate.

Step 4

Once the dough is ready, roll it out on a parchment-lined pizza stone or baking sheet to your desired thickness.

Step 5

Par-bake the crust in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until it just starts to turn golden.

Step 6

Remove the crust from the oven and spread the gluten-free marinara sauce evenly over it.

Step 7

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Step 8

Arrange the marinated shrimp evenly across the pizza, followed by cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, and chopped basil.

Step 9

Top with the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Step 10

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the shrimp are cooked through.

Step 11

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
