Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, xanthan gum, salt, and baking powder until well combined.

Add the Greek yogurt and milk, mixing until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time, until it is manageable.

In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and red chili flakes with the olive oil to make a flavored oil.
