Ingredients

  • 12 sheets Gluten-free rice paper wrappers

  • 2 cups Vegetable oil

  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Peel and core the apples, then dice them into small pieces.

In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine the diced apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Stir occasionally until the apples have softened, about 5-7 minutes.
