Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Gluten-free French bread loaf
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow mustard

  • 4 ounces Roast pork, cooked and thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a panini press or sandwich grill to medium heat.

Slice the gluten-free French bread loaf in half lengthwise and then cut horizontally to create two sandwich bases. You will have four pieces.

Generously spread yellow mustard on the cut side of each bread piece.
