  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 100 milliliters Water
  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the okra thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture, as this will help the coating adhere better.

Trim the ends of the okra and cut them into thin slices, approximately 0.5 cm thick.
