  • 115 g Unsalted butter, softened
  • 150 g Brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 g Walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
