Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Gluten-free hamburger buns
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese (or cheese of choice)
  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Slice the tomato into thin rounds and wash the lettuce leaves. Set aside.

Step 3

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Step 5

Cook the chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Butter the inside of the gluten-free buns and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
