Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder

  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 units Eggs, large
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
