Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 whole Red bell pepper
  • 1 large Carrot
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips and peel and julienne the carrot. Trim the ends of the snow peas.

Mince the garlic cloves and grate the ginger. Set aside.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with the cold water to make a slurry. Set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
