Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Beef brisket
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 6 pieces Gluten-free tortilla wraps
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large Avocado, diced
  • 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup Salsa

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Step 2

Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika on all sides.

Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.

Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for 3 hours until the brisket is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
