  • 75 grams Unsalted butter
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate
  • 50 grams Slivered almonds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to whip the mixture until stiff peaks form.
