Ingredients

  • 8 oz Gluten-free yakisoba noodles
  • 12 oz Beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the gluten-free yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
