  • 2 sheets gluten-free puff pastry

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley

  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 beaten, for egg wash egg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until soft and translucent. Allow to cool slightly.
