Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 units Garlic cloves

  • 150 grams Gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 50 grams Gluten-free flour
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
