  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 60 milliliters water
  • 500 milliliters vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn kernels, chopped shallots, minced garlic, sliced green onion, and optional finely chopped red chili.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and pepper.
