Ingredients

  • 1 package Gluten-free pizza crust mix
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 Large egg
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a pizza stone.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free pizza crust mix, warm water, olive oil, and egg. Stir until well combined to form a dough.

Step 3

Spread the dough onto the prepared baking sheet or stone, forming a 12-inch round or an even rectangle to about 1/4-inch thickness.

Step 4

Bake the dough for 8 minutes to set the crust. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly.

Step 5

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pre-baked crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 6

Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer the pepperoni, green bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and mushrooms.

Step 7

Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

Step 8

Sprinkle oregano, basil, sea salt, and black pepper over the top of the pizza.

Step 9

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly golden.

Step 10

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve hot.
