Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire cooling rack on top of the baking sheet.

Lay the bacon slices in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure the slices don’t overlap.
