Ingredients

  • 450 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 250 grams broccoli florets
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 whole lime, cut into wedges
  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Stir well until smooth.

Step 2

Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, toss to coat, and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned but not fully cooked through. Remove the beef and set aside.
