Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the water and cornstarch, stirring until the cornstarch is completely dissolved. Set aside.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and optional chili flakes.
