Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Pumpkin puree
  • 1.25 cups Heavy cream
  • 0.75 cups Granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Powdered gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons Cold water
  • 2 tablespoons Crystallized ginger, finely chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the powdered gelatin with cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
