Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 large Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 Scallions, sliced
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (optional)
  • 4 cups Cooked white or brown rice (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef across the grain into bite-sized strips. Transfer to a medium bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until evenly coated. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, the remaining 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and crushed red pepper flakes. Set the sauce aside for later use.
