  • 150 grams powdered (icing) sugar
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer or wooden spoon.
