  • 1 small red onion, sliced into rings
  • 0.5 cup pickles, sliced
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined. Do not over-mix to avoid tough burgers.
