  • 3 large Egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • 1.25 cups Shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 cup Chopped pecans

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
