Directions

Step 1

Start by cooking the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Once done, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain the excess grease.

While the bacon is cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl. Mash it with a fork until smooth, adding salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

In a separate small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and dijon mustard until well combined. This will be your sandwich spread.
