Ingredients

  • 1 piece Pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 heads Whole garlic heads
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the tops off the garlic heads to expose the cloves. Place the garlic heads on a piece of foil, drizzle them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and wrap the foil loosely around them.
