Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 whole Lemon
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons Dried oregano
  • 0.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.

Step 2

Mince the garlic cloves and zest one of the lemons. Slice the other lemon into thin rounds for garnish.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
