Ingredients

  • 500 grams Prawns (large, deveined, with or without shell)
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 pieces Red chili (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Clean and devein the prawns if not done already. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
