Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Trim and slice the zucchini into half-moons about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves finely.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water. Stir well to create the stir-fry sauce and set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
