Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 4 slices Lemon slices

Directions

Step 1

Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create 4 thin cutlets. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
