Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 400 g Tomatoes (pureed)
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp Red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100 ml Heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 200 ml Water

Directions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic and ginger. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
