Ingredients

  • 115 grams Unsalted butter
  • 150 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 200 grams Granulated sugar
  • 50 grams Brown sugar
  • 3 pieces Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 125 grams All-purpose flour
  • 30 grams Cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 120 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 150 grams Dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 15 grams Butter (for ganache)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

Step 2

Melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
