Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili powder, and smoked paprika. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or up to an hour for better flavor.
