Ingredients

  • 400 g Seitan

  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 large Lime
  • 8 pieces Small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 cup Guacamole (optional)
  • 1 cup Salsa (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the seitan into thin strips and set aside.

Step 2

Slice the red, yellow, and green bell peppers into thin strips. Peel and slice the red onion into similar-sized strips.

In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create the spice blend.
