  • 20 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to a low temperature (about 100°C/212°F) to keep cooked ingredients warm as you prepare the rest.

Step 2

Place a large frying pan on medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Step 3

Start by frying the sausages in the pan for about 10-12 minutes, turning them periodically until browned and cooked through. Transfer them to a plate and keep warm in the oven.

In the same pan, fry the bacon rashers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy. Add to the plate with sausages and keep warm.

Add the black pudding slices to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crisp. Transfer to the oven with other cooked items.
