Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Ground ham
  • 0.5 pounds Ground pork
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Crushed pineapple (drained)

  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a standard 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground ham, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, crushed pineapple, dried cranberries, parsley, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
