Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large mango
  • 1 cup (diced) pineapple
  • 1 cup (halved) red grapes

  • 1 large (juiced) lime
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Rinse 1 cup of basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water and 0.5 teaspoon of salt to a boil.

Add the rinsed rice to the boiling water. Lower the heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 12-15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed.
