Ingredients

  • 250 grams Penne pasta
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium-sized Cucumber
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 3 stalks Green onions
  • 50 grams Fresh spinach
  • 150 grams Strawberries
  • 100 grams Blueberries
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.
