Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 6 pieces Flour tortillas (small, taco-sized)

  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Strawberries (diced)
  • 0.5 cups Blueberries
  • 1 piece Kiwi (peeled and diced)
  • 0.25 cup Mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

Using a pastry brush, lightly coat both sides of the tortillas with coconut oil. Sprinkle one side of each tortilla with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
